The Lutino gene is one that causes partial albinism of the B locus colors and causes the eyes to become a beautiful lavender color.
Black fur is turned to Dove gray and chocolate is turned to Champagne.
When lutino combines with dilute colors blue changes to silver and lilac to lavender.
Currently we have a buck and doe Lutino colored babies (pictured) from two different sets of parents. We also have black and chocolate littermates which are Lutino gene carriers.
It will take some time to build the breeding program but we hope to start offering Lutino babies in Spring of 2025!
